This painting of Pinetop Perkins was chosen to be featured on the 26th W.C. Handy Blues Awards poster. This annual awards ceremony is presented by the Blues Foundation in Memphis, Tennessee. Each year the Foundation honors a musician with its Lifetime Achievement Award, and in 2005 the Award went to Pinetop Perkins.

The original oil painting is now available in a very special limited edition Iris Giclee print. This print is archival and is limited to only 300 prints. The image measures 15 x 20 inches. Each print is hand signed and numbered by the artist and comes with a certificate of authenticity. A percentage of sales of this print will go directly to Pinetop Perkins.
