Artist comment:  “This portrait of Rory was commissioned by her family, to carry on the tradition of capturing the family’s two year olds going back generations.  We had one photo shoot, and even though she was a very busy little girl, I managed to capture a perfect pose.  But her expression was not as perfect, and her mom took photos for three (!) months and finally got the perfect expression!  I combined the two photos and finished the portrait, and I’m so glad that her family is happy with it!
