Artist comment:  “This portrait of Rory was commissioned by her family, to carry on the tradition of capturing the family’s two year olds going back a generation.  We had one photo shoot, and even though she was a very busy little girl, I managed to capture a perfect pose.  But her expression was not as perfect, and her mom took photos for three (!) months and finally got the perfect expression!  I combined the two photos and finished the portrait, and I’m so glad that her family is happy with it!
